La empresa sociedad del holding brasile\u00f1o Cosan y la angosajona Shell contrat\u00f3 a J.P Morgan para valuar y liquidar sus activos en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Lo concreto es que Raizen busca desprenderse de la refiner\u00eda Dock Sud, la m\u00e1s antigua de Argentina con una capacidad de procesamiento de 100.000 barriles diarios; y de toda la red de estaciones de servicio, las poco m\u00e1s de 700 que operan bajo la marca Shell que representan el 18% de las ventas de combustible en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<div class=\"zone z75-footer-globalsite-idx2 global-site-banner\">\n<div id=\"vplnewsletterv74764v3\" class=\"piece newsletter standard align-left bkg-image\">\n<div class=\"piecetitle\">\n<div class=\"piecetitleimage\"><span style=\"font-family: var(--global-body-font-family);\">La promiscua relaci\u00f3n entre Raizen y Shell se profundiz\u00f3 cuando en el a\u00f1o 2018, Raizen\u00a0 compr\u00f3 las estaciones de servicio de Shell en Argentina por USD 950 millones. Resulta que la multinacional angloholandesa era socia previamente de la empresa compradora.\u00a0\u00a0\u00abFue una suerte de reacomodamiento, la mitad de Raizen es de Shell\u00bb, dijo en ese momento Te\u00f3filo Lacroze, el CEO de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>En 2023, la petrolera fue denunciada por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Aduanas por maniobras fraudulentas en comercio exterior,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lapoliticaonline.com\/tools\/redirect.php?t=3&amp;i=263631&amp;s=e0adec14a6185e1b029af4811b02f4bf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tal como cont\u00f3 LPO<\/a>\u00a0en ese momento. Raizen fue acusada de\u00a0\u00a0hacerse de d\u00f3lares del Banco Central a cotizaci\u00f3n oficial en forma irregular.\u00a0En un caso, por ejemplo, el personal de la Aduana constat\u00f3 que una importaci\u00f3n que la firma hab\u00eda registrado a un valor de 363.585 euros se hab\u00eda realizado, en realidad, por tan solo 9.718 euros, lo que equivale a una exorbitante sobrefacturaci\u00f3n del 3.741%.<\/p>\n<p>Como sea, Raizen se suma a la lista de multinacionales que optaron por desprenderse de activos en Argentina en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, entre ellas ExxonMobil, HSBC y Mercedes-Benz y Equinor se encuentra en proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n de activos.
