POSADAS (Mnes). Polic\u00edas y agentes de las fuerzas de seguridad podr\u00e1n votar en las elecciones provinciales del pr\u00f3ximo 8 de junio en Misiones. La decisi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 confirmada en las pr\u00f3ximas horas por el Superior Tribunal de Justicia, luego de un planteo impulsado por el gobernador Hugo Passalacqua, el fiscal de Estado y la conducci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de la Renovaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El Procurador General, Carlos Gim\u00e9nez, hizo un control de legalidad sobre la resoluci\u00f3n inicial del Tribunal Electoral, que hab\u00eda excluido a estos sectores del padr\u00f3n, y recomend\u00f3 habilitar su participaci\u00f3n, tal como ocurri\u00f3 en comicios anteriores.<\/div>\n

El art\u00edculo 48, inciso 10 de la Constituci\u00f3n de Misiones proh\u00edbe el voto de \u201csoldados pertenecientes a las fuerzas armadas y agentes de fuerzas de seguridad nacionales y provinciales\u201d. Sin embargo, ya existen antecedentes donde se permiti\u00f3 su participaci\u00f3n, criterio que ahora retom\u00f3 la Procuraci\u00f3n para considerar inaplicable \u2014aunque no inconstitucional\u2014 ese apartado.<\/p>\n

El conflicto se origin\u00f3 cuando el Tribunal Electoral, mediante el Acuerdo N.\u00ba 1.221 del pasado 20 de mayo, resolvi\u00f3 excluir del padr\u00f3n a polic\u00edas y efectivos de todas las fuerzas con asiento en la provincia. La depuraci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en reserva, a partir de los listados oficiales remitidos por Polic\u00eda Federal, Gendarmer\u00eda, Prefectura, Ej\u00e9rcito, Armada, Polic\u00eda de Seguridad Aeroportuaria, Servicio Penitenciario y la Polic\u00eda de Misiones, identificando a los agentes \u00fanicamente por DNI, nombre completo y sexo.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan fuentes judiciales, al no haberse presentado formalmente ning\u00fan pedido para habilitar el voto de estos sectores, el Tribunal aplic\u00f3 estrictamente la letra de la Constituci\u00f3n reformada en 1958. Fue el Frente Renovador y el Ejecutivo provincial quienes impulsaron ahora un an\u00e1lisis de fondo que permitir\u00e1 a los efectivos sufragar con normalidad el domingo 8.<\/p>\n

Quedar\u00e1n excluidos del padr\u00f3n los detenidos por orden judicial, los condenados por delitos dolosos a pena privativa de la libertad con sentencia firme, los condenados por leyes de juegos prohibidos y los declarados rebeldes en causas penales hasta que cese esa condici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
