Los partidos de oposici\u00f3n presentaron un recursos extraordinario ante el Superior Tribunal de Justicia pidiendo declarara nulo por anticonstitucional el Decreto sobre reglamento electoral<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e9lix Pacayud apoderado del PJ y uno de los firmantes del recurso judicial confirm\u00f3 este s\u00e1bado la presentaci\u00f3n y que se ha corrido traslado hasta el lunes a la Fiscal\u00eda de Estado para sus consideraciones<\/p>\n<p>Firman la petici\u00f3n judicial representantes de los partiodos Agrario y Social, PJ, Cambio, Austeridad y Progreso, Uni\u00f3n por Corrientes, Libres del Sur, Uni\u00f3n Popular, Kolina, Ciudadanos a Gobernar y de la Victoria, entre otros<\/p>\n<p>El recurso es luego de que la C\u00e1mara de Apelaciones validara el Decreto de reglamento electoral del Poder Ejecutivo<\/p>\n<p>Ese fallo hace lugar al recurso de apelaci\u00f3n que interpuso el Estado Provincial y revoc\u00f3 la sentencia del Juzgado Electoral provincial, que hab\u00eda declarado inconstitucional el apartado b) del Decreto 1260\/25.<\/p>\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n hace lugar al Decreto 1.260 del gobernador Gustavo Vald\u00e9s. que regula que las listas municipales solo podr\u00edan adherir a boletas provinciales cuando pertenecieran a la misma alianza o agrupaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>El documento formal est\u00e1 firmado por las doctoras Martha Helia Altabe, Mar\u00eda Hermina Puig y Nidia Billinghurst de Braun<\/p>\n<p>Antes que eso la Justicia electoral hab\u00eda declarado inconstitucional al decreto 1260 que modifica las reglas electorales a pocos d\u00edas de la elecci\u00f3n\u00bb lo cual para la oposici\u00f3n afecta la seguridad jur\u00eddica y la igualdad de oportunidades entre los partidos.<\/p>\n<p>El gobierno explica que el decreto\u00bb es aclaratorio para ordenar el proceso de adhesi\u00f3n de boletas, evitando confusi\u00f3n en el electorado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"span6 base\">Momarandu.com<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CORRIENTES.
