El control de Celulosa Argentina, due\u00f1a tambi\u00e9n de Tapebicu\u00e1, cambi\u00f3 de manos este viernes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Tal como anunci\u00f3 hoy la propia compa\u00f1\u00eda en un comunicado a la Bolsa, el empresario argentino Esteban Nofal, titular del grupo CIMA, adquiri\u00f3 una participaci\u00f3n significativa de la empresa y se convirti\u00f3 en su principal accionista y controlante. Nofal le compr\u00f3 a los tres accionistas principales, que salen as\u00ed de la compa\u00f1\u00eda: Douglas Albretch, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Urtubey y Juan Collado.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Nofal es un inversor y ya ha comprado otras empresas en problemas, como una parte de Vicent\u00edn. Su perfil de inversor y no de industrial, genera expectativas sobre qu\u00e9 va a hacer con la compa\u00f1\u00eda. \u00bfLa compra para revenderla entera o en partes? \u00bfO piensa reabrirla, inyectar capital y producir?<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Esteban Nofal es uno de los hijos del fallecido Luis Nofal, cofundador de Torneos y Competencias junto a Carlos \u00c1vila.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Mediante un comunicado, Celulosa Argentina expres\u00f3 que esta operaci\u00f3n marca \u201cel comienzo de una nueva etapa de fortalecimiento y proyecci\u00f3n\u201d en su historia.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">La operaci\u00f3n dar\u00eda por tierra con la posibilidad de que Tapebicu\u00e1, la unidad de negocios del aserrader\u00f3 con sede en Gobernador Virasoro, sea adquirida por el grupo misionero Da Rosa, como se estaba especulando a partir de conversaciones que se reflotaron entre el Gobierno de Corrientes y esa empresa misionera.
