Este mi\u00e9rcoles en horas de la ma\u00f1ana se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la jurisdicci\u00f3n federal de la ciudad de Goya, la incineraci\u00f3n de estupefacientes secuestrados en 49 procedimientos penales\u00a0 de investigaci\u00f3n de infracciones a la ley de drogas. Fuentes del Juzgado Federal de Goya cuya titular es la doctora Cristina Elizabeth Pozzer Penso, se\u00f1alaron a este portal que el procedimiento cumple con el art. 30 de la Ley 23737.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las sustancias hab\u00eda coca\u00edna y marihuana. Se utiliz\u00f3 para el cuidado del medio ambiente un horno pirol\u00edtico. Las investigaciones son de 2023 y 2024, y var\u00edas en juicio y otras ya con condena.<\/p>\n<p>En la oportunidad del procedimiento de la quema, estuvieron presentes autoridades de la justicia federal, y de las fuerzas de seguridad nacional como ser Prefectura Naval Argentina; Gendarmer\u00eda Nacional y Polic\u00eda Federal Argentina.
