La operaci\u00f3n re\u00fane a diversas fuerzas de seguridad estatales y federales y busca intensificar la lucha contra la delincuencia transnacional en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Esto se da luego que se produjeran algunos incidentes entre bandas de supuestos malvivientes de nacionalidad brasile\u00f1a (cuatreros) para con integrantes de Prefectura Naval Argentina que fueron agredidos a balazos por sujetos que se movilizaban en dos lanchas cuando los prefecturianos semanas atr\u00e1s retiraban en aguas jurisdiccionales argentinas redes de pescar. Una balacera entre las dos facciones, hizo que los brasile\u00f1os emprendieran la huida.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12950\" src=\"https:\/\/digitalsantotome.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-11-04-at-14.49.18-300x169-1.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De igual manera otros hechos vinculados al cuatrerismo y que tienen a mal traer a productores ganaderos que tienen sus establecimientos rurales sobre las m\u00e1rgenes del rio Uruguay, padecen en forma peri\u00f3dica la incursi\u00f3n de verdaderas bandas armadas que ciudadanos de nacionalidad brasile\u00f1a que cruzan el rio Uruguay, matan los animales vacunos a balazos y se llevan las mejores partes del animal.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, todo hace presumir que autoridades de la Brigada Militar de Brasil hayan decidido montar este tipo de mega operativos para neutralizar este tipo de hechos en la denominada <strong>\u201czona caliente\u201d<\/strong> del abigeato entre las ciudades de<strong> Santo Tom\u00e9 y Alvear.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El objetivo principal es desmantelar las rutas criminales que utilizan la zona fronteriza para el<strong> narcotr\u00e1fico, el contrabando y el tr\u00e1fico de armas.<\/strong> Las acciones se llevar\u00e1n a cabo simult\u00e1neamente, respetando la soberan\u00eda de cada pa\u00eds, pero priorizando el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n y la represi\u00f3n coordinada de las actividades il\u00edcitas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan un informe period\u00edstico divulgado por Radio FM de Sao Borja se\u00f1ala que: <strong>\u201cUbicada en un punto estrat\u00e9gico en la frontera con Argentina, a orillas del r\u00edo Uruguay, S\u00e3o Borja ser\u00e1 sede del inicio de la operaci\u00f3n dirigida a actividades il\u00edcitas como el narcotr\u00e1fico, el contrabando y el robo de ganado, pr\u00e1cticas recurrentes en la zona fronteriza\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A lo que agrega: <strong>\u201cLas operaciones integradas, que ya se realizan regularmente en el estado, buscan reforzar la presencia visible de las autoridades p\u00fablicas y ampliar la cooperaci\u00f3n interinstitucional, con \u00e9nfasis en el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n y una respuesta r\u00e1pida al crimen organizado\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1ala adem\u00e1s: <strong>\u201cSe espera un aumento en las incautaciones y detenciones en la regi\u00f3n, debilitando as\u00ed las redes criminales que operan en la frontera con Argentina.
