SENASA adec\u00fao mecanismos para solicitud del certificado de cero negatividad, necesario en la emisi\u00f3n del DT-e y el traslado de animales a predios espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<p>Para fortalecer el control de la brucelosis bovina, el\u00a0<strong>Servicio Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria (SENASA) actualiz\u00f3 en sus sistemas las condiciones para la emisi\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.argentina.gob.ar\/senasa\/micrositios\/dt-e\"><strong>Documento de Tr\u00e1nsito electr\u00f3nico (DT-e)<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<strong>en el traslado de categor\u00edas susceptibles a la enfermedad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Esta actualizaci\u00f3n, que ya se encuentra disponible en el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.argentina.gob.ar\/senasa\/mesa-de-ayuda-sistema-integrado-de-gestion-de-sanidad-animal-sigsa\"><strong>Sistema Integrado de Gesti\u00f3n de Sanidad Animal (SIGSA)<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0del SENASA,\u00a0<strong>determina de forma autom\u00e1tica los criterios para la solicitud del Certificado de Seronegatividad para el Movimiento (CSM)<\/strong>\u00a0previo a la emisi\u00f3n del DT-e,\u00a0<strong>en el traslado de vacas, toros y toritos a tambos, establecimientos de cr\u00eda, ciclo completo, caba\u00f1a o centros de gen\u00e9tica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure><\/figure>\n<p>Anteriormente, el CSM era solicitado por el SIGSA seg\u00fan el motivo del movimiento que se indicara en el DT-e. Sin embargo, para optimizar los mecanismos de control en el traslado de hacienda y conforme a lo establecido por la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.argentina.gob.ar\/normativa\/nacional\/resoluci%C3%B3n-67-2019-319485\/actualizacion\"><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n SENASA N\u00b0 67\/2019<\/strong><\/a>, se determin\u00f3 que la solicitud del CSM depender\u00e1 del tipo de explotaci\u00f3n del destino indicada en el DT-e a trav\u00e9s del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.argentina.gob.ar\/senasa\/micrositios\/renspa\"><strong>Registro Nacional Sanitario de Productores Agropecuarios (Renspa)<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que\u00a0<strong>quedan exceptuadas de esta solicitud aquellas unidades productivas de origen certificadas con estatus libre (vigente) de brucelosis bovina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure><\/figure>\n<p>Para la gesti\u00f3n del CSM, el veterinario acreditado en brucelosis bovina debe realizar previamente la\u00a0<strong>toma de muestras serol\u00f3gicas y remitirlas a un laboratorio privado de la red oficial para su diagn\u00f3stico<\/strong>. Luego, el mismo acreditado deber\u00e1\u00a0<strong>cargar los resultados en el SIGSA por autogesti\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, cuando se desee emitir el DT-e y el movimiento requiera la presentaci\u00f3n del CSM, el Sistema lo facilitar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente si los resultados (negativos) se encuentran previamente cargados.
