E<strong>l Mercosur activ\u00f3 los primeros desembolsos para avanzar con obras de recuperaci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n en la L\u00ednea del Ferrocarril Urquiza, un proyecto estrat\u00e9gico que impacta de manera directa en Misiones, Corrientes y Entre R\u00edos<\/strong>. Se trata de una iniciativa financiada por el Fondo para la Convergencia Estructural del Mercosur, que\u00a0<strong>apunta a mejorar la infraestructura ferroviaria en provincias de frontera con Brasil, Paraguay y Uruguay, fortaleciendo la conectividad regional y el transporte de cargas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"r89-video-outstream-wrapper\"><\/div>\n<p data-start=\"643\" data-end=\"1064\"><strong>El proyecto denominado Obras prioritarias de recuperaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura de la L\u00ednea Urquiza ya complet\u00f3 su primer desembolso por un total de 4.447.543 d\u00f3lares.<\/strong>\u00a0De ese monto, una primera transferencia de 2.150.000 d\u00f3lares hab\u00eda sido realizada con anterioridad, mientras que el pasado 23 de enero de 2026 se concret\u00f3 el env\u00edo de los 2.297.543 d\u00f3lares restantes, completando as\u00ed esta etapa inicial de financiamiento.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1485\">El\u00a0<strong>avance fue formalizado durante una visita del representante permanente de la Argentina ante la ALADI y el Mercosur, el embajador Alan Beraud, al Edificio Mercosu<\/strong>r. En ese marco, el coordinador de la Unidad T\u00e9cnica del FOCEM, Luciano Wexell Severo, junto al equipo t\u00e9cnico del proyecto, entreg\u00f3 la nota oficial que certifica la transferencia de los fondos, marcando un paso clave para el inicio efectivo de las obras.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1896\"><strong>La iniciativa contempla una inversi\u00f3n total de 29,8 millones de d\u00f3lares aportados por el FOCEM, destinados a la renovaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 210 kil\u00f3metros de v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas y a la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de dos puentes en distintos tramos de la L\u00ednea Urquiza.<\/strong>\u00a0A ese financiamiento se suma una contrapartida local de 14,6 millones de d\u00f3lares, a cargo del Estado argentino, lo que refuerza el alcance del plan de infraestructura.<\/p>\n<div id=\"r89-desktop-incontent-0-wrapper\"><\/div>\n<p data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"2282\">El proyecto es ejecutado por Trenes Argentinos Cargas y tiene como objetivo modernizar la red ferroviaria de la regi\u00f3n mesopot\u00e1mica, ubicada entre los r\u00edos Paran\u00e1 y Uruguay.<strong>\u00a0La mejora en las condiciones de la traza permitir\u00e1 optimizar la conexi\u00f3n de Misiones, Corrientes y Entre R\u00edos con la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, consolidando un corredor log\u00edstico clave para la producci\u00f3n regional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2284\" data-end=\"2729\">Las obras buscan fortalecer el transporte de cargas, ampliando la capacidad para el traslado de productos agr\u00edcolas, cemento, pasta de celulosa y otros bienes estrat\u00e9gicos para las econom\u00edas provinciales. En una primera etapa, los trabajos se concentrar\u00e1n en tramos seleccionados de la provincia de Entre R\u00edos y en el ramal que conecta con el Puente Internacional que une Paso de los Libres, en Corrientes, con la ciudad brasile\u00f1a de Uruguaiana.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2731\" data-end=\"3187\">Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3, la transferencia de recursos permitir\u00e1 afrontar los anticipos financieros de las primeras intervenciones y el pago de los certificados correspondientes a los primeros meses de ejecuci\u00f3n.
