Analizaron el rol judicial en audiencias y la articulaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica ante este tipo de delitos.<\/p>\n<p>Este mi\u00e9rcoles 11 de febrero se realiz\u00f3 la primera reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con jueces de garant\u00edas de Capital e interior, junto al Cuerpo M\u00e9dico Forense. El encuentro encabezado por los ministros, doctores Alejandro Chain y Eduardo Panseri, se realiz\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma Zoom y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del doctor Jos\u00e9 Luis G\u00e1lvez, decano del Instituto M\u00e9dico Forense.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada tuvo como eje una aproximaci\u00f3n inicial a la problem\u00e1tica del narcomenudeo y al rol de los jueces en el marco de las audiencias vinculadas a este tipo de investigaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el intercambio se destac\u00f3 la importancia de fortalecer la articulaci\u00f3n institucional entre magistrados, peritos forenses y dem\u00e1s operadores del sistema de justicia, con el objetivo de optimizar la toma de decisiones y garantizar respuestas judiciales eficaces frente a este fen\u00f3meno delictivo.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se propuso la realizaci\u00f3n de visitas institucionales a las provincias de Chaco y Entre R\u00edos, a fin de conocer sus experiencias y modelos de abordaje, as\u00ed como la implementaci\u00f3n de instancias de capacitaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica destinadas a magistrados.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el Cuerpo M\u00e9dico Forense comparti\u00f3 su experiencia t\u00e9cnica y expuso los principales desaf\u00edos vinculados a la recolecci\u00f3n y preservaci\u00f3n de evidencia, el almacenamiento de sustancias estupefacientes incautadas y el tratamiento de personas en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad involucradas en este tipo de delitos.<\/p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>Momarandu.com<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CORRIENTES.
