Como consecuencia del impacto, dos personas resultaron heridas, una de ellas de gravedad, y el conductor del veh\u00edculo mayor fue aprehendido por disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia. Fue en el Barrio Tablada. Tambi\u00e9n se vi\u00f3 involucrado un tercer autom\u00f3vil que estaba estacionado a metros del lugar del accidente y que fue impactado por el rodado que atropell\u00f3 a la motocicleta.<\/p>\n<p>El siniestro se registr\u00f3 en el cruce de las calles\u00a0<strong>Escalada y Roque S\u00e1enz Pe\u00f1a<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan informaron fuentes policiales, un autom\u00f3vil conducido por un hombre identificado como Pedro Antonio Pawluk (funcionario de la Aduana Argentina y que presta servicio en el Puente Internacional Santo Tom\u00e9 &#8211; Sao Borja) colision\u00f3 contra una motocicleta de 125cc en la que circulaban Luzmila Magal\u00ed Ram\u00edrez y su hija de 7 a\u00f1os, Mirta Trinidad Arce Ram\u00edrez.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 1290px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-15062-1\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/digitalsantotome.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/VID-20260314-WA0015.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/digitalsantotome.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/VID-20260314-WA0015.mp4\">https:\/\/digitalsantotome.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/VID-20260314-WA0015.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p><strong>Estado de salud y peritajes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tras el impacto y tras haberse puesto en conocimiento de las autoridades policiales de la Comisaria Segunda, ambas ocupantes de la moto fueron trasladadas de urgencia al hospital local. El parte m\u00e9dico preliminar detall\u00f3 que la menor presenta <strong>politraumatismos<\/strong>, mientras que su madre sufri\u00f3 un\u00a0<strong>Traumatismo Enc\u00e9falo Craneal (TEC) grave<\/strong>, por lo que su estado es delicado y en horas de la media tarde se evaluaba su derivaci\u00f3n a un centro de mayor complejidad a la ciudad de Corrientes.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente calificadas se\u00f1alaron que en el lugar trabajaron peritos de la Policia de Corrientes, quienes realizaron las tareas de rigor para determinar las causas del accidente. Seg\u00fan los primeros informes periciales, el motoveh\u00edculo en el que viajaban las v\u00edctimas, aparentemente <strong>no tendr\u00eda los frenos en condiciones para poder circular<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Situaci\u00f3n legal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por orden del fiscal en turno, el conductor del autom\u00f3vil, Pedro Antonio Pawluk, fue\u00a0<strong>aprehendido<\/strong>\u00a0en el lugar mientras se sustancia la investigaci\u00f3n.
