ITUZAINGO. Un operativo de control realizado por la Unidad Especial de Seguridad Rural y Ecol\u00f3gica de Ituzaing\u00f3 dej\u00f3 al descubierto una serie de irregularidades en el transporte de ganado bovino que termin\u00f3 con una importante multa administrativa.<\/p>\n

El procedimiento se llev\u00f3 a cabo sobre Ruta Nacional 12 y calle Catorce, donde los efectivos detuvieron tres camiones jaula de doble piso que trasladaban animales vacunos provenientes de un establecimiento rural de Gobernador Virasoro, con destino a la provincia de Santiago del Estero.<\/p>\n

Al solicitar la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente, los polic\u00edas detectaron inconsistencias en las gu\u00edas de traslado. Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, y con autorizaci\u00f3n de los choferes, se realiz\u00f3 una inspecci\u00f3n de la carga que revel\u00f3 diversas irregularidades: animales con m\u00e1s de una marca, otros sin marca y varios sin caravana identificatoria.<\/p>\n

Por disposici\u00f3n del fiscal interviniente, Ram\u00f3n Eugenio Balbastro, los camiones fueron trasladados a un establecimiento rural de la zona para realizar una revisi\u00f3n m\u00e1s exhaustiva con la intervenci\u00f3n de una m\u00e9dica veterinaria policial. All\u00ed, tras el control animal por animal, se confirmaron 18 novillos con diferentes anomal\u00edas en su identificaci\u00f3ny cuatro vacas con doble marca .<\/p>\n

Si bien no se configur\u00f3 un delito penal, la situaci\u00f3n fue considerada una infracci\u00f3n administrativa grave, por lo que la autoridad rural dispuso la aplicaci\u00f3n de una multa millonaria ($6.000.000) y la continuidad de las actuaciones correspondientes
\nEl procedimiento fue documentado con registros fotogr\u00e1ficos y f\u00edlmicos, y se dio intervenci\u00f3n a las autoridades judiciales y policiales competentes.
\nEn el campo dicen que cada marca cuenta una historia\u2026 pero cuando las marcas no coinciden, la historia termina en multa.<\/p><\/div>\n
