Esta iniciativa, que comenz\u00f3 el pasado 9 de marzo, tiene como objetivo central la realizaci\u00f3n de fichas m\u00e9dicas obligatorias, poniendo el foco en la prevenci\u00f3n y el cuidado integral de los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes de la localidad. El operativo est\u00e1 bajo la supervisi\u00f3n general del doctor <strong>Pablo Piccardo,<\/strong> secretario de Salud Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>La Dra. Azucena R\u00edos, directora del \u00c1rea de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria de la Salud (APS) del hospital local, destac\u00f3 la articulaci\u00f3n entre el municipio, el \u00e1rea de Inmunizaciones del Hospital San Juan Bautista (HSJB), el Centro Integrador Comunitario (CIC) y la Fundaci\u00f3n Barcel\u00f3. <strong>\u00abRecorrimos las escuelas m\u00e1s numerosas y los jardines de infantes. Debido a la alta demanda, desde el viernes 27 nos instalamos en el Club Carlos Gallini para atender exclusivamente al nivel secundario\u00bb,<\/strong> explic\u00f3 la profesional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Controles integrales y gratuitos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El operativo no se limita a un tr\u00e1mite administrativo; busca ser una herramienta de diagn\u00f3stico temprano. Jorge \u00c1lvarez, coordinador de los Centros Integradores Comunitarios, subray\u00f3 el impacto social de la medida: <strong>\u201cQueremos acercar un servicio gratuito y completo. Sabemos que la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica dificulta a muchos padres, que tienen varios hijos en edad escolar, el acceso a consultas privadas\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Los controles incluyen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Examen f\u00edsico completo y control de signos vitales.<\/li>\n<li>Revisi\u00f3n del carnet de vacunaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Anamnesis (entrevista m\u00e9dica) para detectar antecedentes de enfermedades.<\/li>\n<li>Solicitud de electrocardiogramas (obligatorios para las fichas de educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica en secundaria) y an\u00e1lisis de laboratorio en casos necesarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Seguimiento y conciencia social<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una de las novedades de este a\u00f1o es la implementaci\u00f3n de planillas de resguardo de datos. Seg\u00fan indic\u00f3 la Dra. R\u00edos, esto permitir\u00e1 que los agentes sanitarios realicen un seguimiento en terreno de aquellos alumnos que presenten alguna afecci\u00f3n o requieran controles complementarios.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, las autoridades hicieron un llamado a la responsabilidad familiar. \u201cPedimos a los tutores que no dejen de hacer los controles rutinarios y que se acerquen a los centros de salud m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de estos operativos.
