Tras m\u00e1s de dos d\u00e9cadas de deterioro edilicio, la instituci\u00f3n ha logrado reactivar su Personer\u00eda Jur\u00eddica, el primer paso crucial para su reconstrucci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y funcional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El fin de una era de sombras<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La decadencia del predio c\u00e9ntrico comenz\u00f3 en febrero de 1999, cuando un tornado devast\u00f3 gran parte de su estructura. Tres a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, en 2002, un segundo temporal clausur\u00f3 definitivamente su destino.
