La publicaci\u00f3n del Decreto 438\/2026, de fecha 9 de junio de 2026, por el gobierno argentino promete transformar radicalmente la din\u00e1mica econ\u00f3mica en la frontera entre Santo Tom\u00e9 (Corrientes) y S\u00e3o Borja (Rio Grande do Sul).<\/p>\n<p>Conectadas por el Puente Internacional \u00abDe la Integraci\u00f3n\u00bb , ambas ciudades, que hist\u00f3ricamente lidiaron con desequilibrios cambiarios y regulatorios, ahora competir\u00e1n en igualdad de condiciones en el mercado minorista internacional.<\/p>\n<p>La medida autoriza la instalaci\u00f3n de tiendas libres de impuestos en el lado argentino, equilibrando el panorama comercial tras a\u00f1os de protagonismo brasile\u00f1o, un periodo en el que los argentinos cruzaban la frontera para consumir en Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>Se espera que las nuevas tiendas se instalen en las \u00e1reas de servicio al inicio del puente, transformando el complejo aduanero en un centro de turismo comercial, lo que deber\u00eda ejercer presi\u00f3n a la baja sobre los precios y diversificar la oferta regional.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien el decreto ya se public\u00f3, su aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica a\u00fan depende de la reglamentaci\u00f3n final que emitir\u00e1 en un plazo de 30 d\u00edas el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda de Argentina y ARCA.<\/p>\n<p>El texto final establecer\u00e1 los sistemas para el cruce de datos tributarios entre los pa\u00edses del Mercosur para el control de cuotas.<\/p>\n<p>Con este cambio, la frontera deja de ser un corredor puramente log\u00edstico y de carga para consolidarse como un centro estrat\u00e9gico de comercio y turismo.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: Medios Digitales<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SAO BORJA y SANTO TOME.
