La propuesta oficial de la comuna, argumentada en la crisis econ\u00f3mica nacional, prev\u00e9 una reducci\u00f3n de los fondos en comparaci\u00f3n con la \u00faltima edici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El encuentro se desarroll\u00f3 bajo un estricto hermetismo y tras algunas demoras. Los dirigentes de <strong>Marab\u00fa, Ipanema y Turma do F\u00f3n F\u00f3n<\/strong> asistieron con la expectativa de definir el presupuesto para iniciar los preparativos del desfile. Hist\u00f3ricamente, la Municipalidad de Santo Tom\u00e9 asume la log\u00edstica en el escenario del <strong>Parque Cors\u00f3dromo<\/strong> y abona el cachet correspondiente a cada agrupaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El impacto de la crisis econ\u00f3mica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante la edici\u00f3n de este 2026, cada comparsa recibi\u00f3 un total de <strong>50 millones de pesos abonados en cuotas<\/strong>. Frente a la inflaci\u00f3n y los costos crecientes, los dirigentes carnavaleros planeaban solicitar un incremento notorio para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o. Sin embargo, el planteo del Ejecutivo municipal <strong>modific\u00f3 el escenario de negociaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El intendente <strong>Suaid<\/strong> argument\u00f3 que la <strong>abrupta ca\u00edda de los ingresos en concepto de coparticipaci\u00f3n federal<\/strong> afecta directamente las arcas locales. Bajo la premisa de no comprometer recursos que luego resulten imposibles de cumplir debido al contexto de ajuste actual, el jefe comunal solicit\u00f3 prudencia a las comisiones directivas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Negociaciones abiertas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La propuesta inicial del municipio contempla reducir el aporte a <strong>37 millones de pesos<\/strong> por comparsa, una <strong>quita cercana al 20%<\/strong> respecto de lo percibido este a\u00f1o. Este monto se distribuir\u00eda en <strong>tres pagos durante los meses de diciembre, enero y febrero.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Frente a este panorama, las autoridades de las tres agrupaciones acordaron elaborar una contraoferta.
