El procedimiento culmin\u00f3 con la identificaci\u00f3n de la responsable y la recuperaci\u00f3n total del dispositivo tecnol\u00f3gico, seg\u00fan consignaron fuentes calificadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tras un seguimiento investigativo, la polic\u00eda localiz\u00f3 a la sospechosa en su domicilio. Ante la llegada de los efectivos, entreg\u00f3 de forma voluntaria el dispositivo tecnol\u00f3gico sustra\u00eddo a una ciudadana brasile\u00f1a.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las mismas fuentes, se\u00f1alaron adem\u00e1s que la causa judicial se hab\u00eda iniciado formalmente el pasado lunes 22 de junio de 2026, cuando una ciudadana de nacionalidad brasile\u00f1a, asidua concurrente a la citada casa de juegos se present\u00f3 en la dependencia policial para radicar una denuncia penal por la sustracci\u00f3n de su tel\u00e9fono en la sala de juegos del Casino del Litoral. El aparato damnificado correspond\u00eda a un modelo Redmi Note 13 Pro, de color celeste y con un protector de goma negro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seguimiento y entrega voluntaria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A partir de los datos aportados y la recopilaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n en el lugar del hecho, el personal de la brigada de investigaciones de la Comisar\u00eda Primera inici\u00f3 una serie de averiguaciones encubiertas. Tras varios d\u00edas de pesquisas, los agentes lograron determinar la fisonom\u00eda de la sospechosa y realizar un seguimiento sigiloso que permiti\u00f3 localizar su paradero exacto.<\/p>\n<p>Los efectivos se constituyeron finalmente en el domicilio de la presunta autora del hurto, con residencia en la intersecci\u00f3n de las calles Sarmiento y 25 de Mayo. Al verse cercada por la comitiva policial y tras mantener una entrevista formal con los investigadores, la mujer decidi\u00f3 realizar la entrega voluntaria del tel\u00e9fono celular de origen il\u00edcito para evitar complicaciones mayores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Actuaciones judiciales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El resultado del operativo fue informado de inmediato al fiscal de instrucci\u00f3n en turno, el Dr. V\u00edctor Facundo Cabral.
