En el juicio se volcaron expresiones cr\u00edticas hacia el trabajo en primera instancia y en un comunicado, los padres y hermanos del ni\u00f1o de 9 de Julio manifestaron su solidaridad con la magistrada.<\/p>\n<article class=\"articulo\" data-id=\"6a4ee10cb4f1250014a8ebbc\">\n<div class=\"articulo__container\">\n<div class=\"articulo__body\">\n<div class=\"articulo__cuerpo\">\n<p>La familia de <strong>Loan\u00a0<\/strong>Pe\u00f1a se hizo eco de las expresiones cr\u00edticas que se generaron hacia la jueza federal de Goya, Cristina\u00a0<strong>Pozzer Penzo<\/strong>,\u00a0quien orient\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n del caso, y emiti\u00f3 un comunicado para expresar su solidaridad con la magistrada.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante un escrito distribuido a los medios por los abogados querellantes, Bel\u00e9n\u00a0<strong>Russo Cornara\u00a0<\/strong>y Alejandro\u00a0<strong>Vecchi<\/strong>, la familia Pe\u00f1a manifest\u00f3 su \u00ab<strong>agradecimiento\u00a0<\/strong>a la Dra. Jueza Federal Cristina Pozzer Penzo que ha sido\u00a0<strong>agraviada\u00a0<\/strong>y\u00a0<strong>atacada\u00a0<\/strong>injustamente durante toda la instrucci\u00f3n de la causa y lo sigue siendo por los imputados y sospechosos de la sustracci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>Loan\u00a0<\/strong>y el entorpecimiento de la investigaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, indicaron que lo han hecho<strong>\u00a0\u00abincluso con pedidos de juicio pol\u00edtico ante el consejo de la Magistratura, totalmente\u00a0infundados\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Y subrayaron que fue \u00abproducto del excelente trabajo que en estos d\u00edas lleg\u00f3 a juicio oral\u00bb. Con lo cual manifestaron \u00abnuestra plena solidaridad con ella de parte de nuestra\u00a0<strong>familia\u00a0<\/strong>y de\u00a0<strong>Loan<\/strong>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>La jueza Pozzer Penzo fue la responsable de la elevaci\u00f3n a juicio del caso\u00a0<strong>Loan<\/strong>, expediente que lleg\u00f3 al Tribunal Oral Federal en un plazo menor a los dos a\u00f1os, en el marco de una instrucci\u00f3n desarrollada junto al fiscal Federal de Goya, Mariano De Guzm\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente: EL LITORAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GOYA.
