Ocurri\u00f3 durante el control de un colectivo de larga distancia sobre la Ruta Nacional N\u00ba 12 y, tras comprobarse la ausencia de su registro migratorio, fueron entregados a las autoridades brasile\u00f1as a trav\u00e9s del Paso Internacional Fronterizo Tancredo Neves.<\/p>\n<p>Efectivos del\u00a0<strong>Grupo Seguridad Vial \u00abUrugua-\u00ed\u00bb<\/strong>, dependientes del\u00a0<strong>Escuadr\u00f3n 13 \u00abIguaz\u00fa\u00bb<\/strong>, se encontraban desplegados a la altura del kil\u00f3metro 1.606, detuvieron la marcha de un \u00f3mnibus que ten\u00eda como destino la Ciudad de La Plata (Provincia de Buenos Aires).<\/p>\n<p>Al momento de realizar la inspecci\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n de cada pasajero, los\u00a0<strong>funcionarios<\/strong>\u00a0constataron la presencia de cinco ciudadanos de nacionalidad china que viajaban a bordo.<\/p>\n<p>En medio de esa situaci\u00f3n, se recibi\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica proporcionada por el Centro Internacional de An\u00e1lisis del Delito Complejo en la Triple Frontera, en donde el\u00a0<strong>personal de la Fuerza<\/strong>\u00a0detecto que ninguno de los involucrados registraba un ingreso legal al territorio nacional, configurando una infracci\u00f3n a la Ley de Migraciones N\u00ba 25.871.<\/p>\n<p>Al tomar contacto telef\u00f3nico con la Fiscal\u00eda Federal de Puerto Iguaz\u00fa, la misma oriento que, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el personal de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Migraciones (DNM) delegaci\u00f3n Paso Internacional \u00abTancredo Neves\u00bb, se realice el rechazo definitivo con prohibici\u00f3n de reingreso de los ciudadanos extranjeros.<\/p>\n<p>Tras labrarse las actuaciones, se efectiviz\u00f3 la salida formal de los ciudadanos mediante su entrega a las autoridades policiales de la Rep\u00fablica Federativa de Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>Misiones On Line<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PUERTO IGUAZU.
