Gendarmer\u00eda requis\u00f3 27 paquetes postales decomisados en varios operativos a veh\u00edculos de empresas de transporte log\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p>Efectivos del Escuadr\u00f3n 7 \u00abCabo Misael Pereyra\u00bb de <strong>Gendarmer\u00eda Nacional lograron el secuestro de 85.000 paquetes de cigarrillos de origen ilegal, valuados en aproximadamente 93,5 millone<\/strong>s de pesos,<strong>\u00a0luego de proceder a la apertura de 27 encomiendas de empresas de transporte log\u00edstico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El operativo se ejecut\u00f3 en estricto cumplimiento de una orden judicial que dispuso la inspecci\u00f3n de los bultos, los cuales hab\u00edan sido retenidos previamente durante diversas tareas de control de ruta desplegadas por la fuerza de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>Al registrar el\u00a0<strong>interior de las cajas, los gendarmes constataron que la totalidad de la mercader\u00eda, distribuida en distintas marcas, carec\u00eda del correspondiente aval aduanero<\/strong>, lo que configur\u00f3 una presunta infracci\u00f3n al C\u00f3digo Aduanero vigente.<\/p>\n<p>Ante el hallazgo, la Fiscal\u00eda Federal de Paso de los Libres intervino de inmediato y orden\u00f3 el secuestro definitivo del cargamento, el cual fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Agencia de Recaudaci\u00f3n y Control Aduanero (ARCA) para tramitar las actuaciones administrativas y judiciales de rigor.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: Medios Digitales<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PASO DE LOS LIBRES.
