As\u00ed lo se\u00f1ala el parte de prensa oficial de la comuna santotome\u00f1a dado a conocer en la ma\u00f1ana de este s\u00e1bado.<\/p>\n<p>La Municipalidad de Santo Tom\u00e9 declar\u00f3 oficialmente la etapa de\u00a0<strong>alerta hidrol\u00f3gica<\/strong>\u00a0tras confirmarse que el r\u00edo Uruguay super\u00f3 la marca l\u00edmite al registrar 11,60 metros en el puerto local este s\u00e1bado 25 de julio.<\/p>\n<p>El ingreso a esta fase ambiental ocurri\u00f3 a las 05:00 horas, impulsado por un avance del caudal que mantiene un ritmo sostenido de crecimiento de 5 cent\u00edmetros por hora.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar del escenario, el Centro Operativo de Emergencia Municipal (COEM) y Defensa Civil transmitieron tranquilidad a los vecinos ribere\u00f1os. Seg\u00fan el protocolo de contingencia planificado de forma previa a la temporada de crecientes, la fase de evacuaci\u00f3n obligatoria est\u00e1 fijada reci\u00e9n en los\u00a0<strong>12,50 metros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al momento del reporte, la Ruta Provincial N\u00ba 94 permanece totalmente transitable y no se registran personas evacuadas ni familias desplazadas de sus hogares.<\/p>\n<p>En el plano social, la gesti\u00f3n municipal en articulaci\u00f3n con el Gobierno de la Provincia de Corrientes activ\u00f3 un operativo de contingencia terrestre.
