Como consecuencias de los elevados montos en la \u00faltima facturaci\u00f3n del servicio de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica que les ha llegado a los empresarios del sector maderero de esta ciudad, el pasado 27 de agosto en oportunidad que el gobernador Juan Pablo Vald\u00e9s estuvo en Santo Tom\u00e9, los propietarios de aserraderos mantuvieron contacto con el primer mandatario provincial a quien le plantearon la preocupante situaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1n atravesando como consecuencia de un aumento considerable en las tarifas de energ\u00eda y sobre la cual sostienen que son \u201cimpagables\u201d. Sin embargo, el gobernador tras el encuentro con los madereros, instruy\u00f3 al interventor de la DPEC Pablo Cuenca a que se constituya en esta ciudad y se re\u00fana con los due\u00f1os de los aserraderos para buscar alguna alternativa que aten\u00fae la \u00faltima suba en el costo de la energ\u00eda.
