Tras reiterados llamados de alerta que daban cuenta de una gresca de magnitud en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, una patrulla a bordo del m\u00f3vil se constituy\u00f3 en la esquina de las calles <strong>Gervasio Artigas y G\u00fcemes del populoso Barrio Tablada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al arribar al lugar, los uniformados se encontraron con un escenario de dispersi\u00f3n, localizando \u00fanicamente una <strong>motocicleta de 110 cent\u00edmetros c\u00fabicos abandonada<\/strong> y tirada sobre el suelo de la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, la cual fue secuestrada de inmediato de forma preventiva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Invasi\u00f3n de propiedad y detenci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Momentos despu\u00e9s, una vecina identificada se acerc\u00f3 desesperada a los agentes para denunciar que, en medio de la violenta pelea callejera, uno de los involucrados <strong>hab\u00eda ingresado a la fuerza y sin su autorizaci\u00f3n a su vivienda<\/strong>, permaneciendo oculto todav\u00eda en el interior.<\/p>\n<p>Con el permiso de la propietaria, el personal policial ingres\u00f3 al inmueble y procedi\u00f3 a la <strong>aprehensi\u00f3n de Gast\u00f3n Alberto Carruega Sanabria (18)<\/strong>, con domicilio en la calle Perugorr\u00eda Sur. Al ser descubierto, el joven manifest\u00f3 que hab\u00eda mantenido un fuerte enfrentamiento f\u00edsico contra los hijos de un ciudadano identificado como \u00d3scar Vaca, motivo por el cual decidi\u00f3 resguardarse en la casa ajena.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estado de salud y car\u00e1tula judicial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Carruega Sanabria fue trasladado para recibir asistencia y ser examinado por el m\u00e9dico policial de turno. El profesional de la fuerza diagnostic\u00f3 que el detenido presentaba <strong>m\u00faltiples golpes y escoriaciones de car\u00e1cter leve<\/strong> (sujetas a evoluci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica), adem\u00e1s de un evidente <strong>aliento et\u00edlico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho fue notificado de inmediato al fiscal de la ciudad, <strong>Dr. Facundo Cabral<\/strong>, quien tom\u00f3 las riendas del caso e imparti\u00f3 las directivas legales correspondientes.
