{"id":2073,"date":"2023-03-18T10:21:57","date_gmt":"2023-03-18T13:21:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalsantotome.com.ar\/?p=2073"},"modified":"2023-03-18T10:22:03","modified_gmt":"2023-03-18T13:22:03","slug":"fallo-a-favor-de-automotrices-provoca-reves-judicial-para-ahorristas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digitalsantotome.com.ar\/?p=2073","title":{"rendered":"Fallo a favor de automotrices provoca rev\u00e9s judicial para ahorristas"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"row\">\n<div id=\"conte\" class=\"span6 base\">\n<p>CORRIENTES. \u201cEste fallo vulnera derechos de los tenedores de planes de ahorro que ahora no podr\u00e1n pagar sus cuotas\u201d,, dijo al Defensor\u00eda de los Vecinos de Corrientes<\/p>\n<p>La C\u00e1mara de Apelaciones en lo Civil y Comercial de la Ciudad de Corrientes modific\u00f3\u00a0 la sentencia del Juzgado Civil y Comercial N 12 que hab\u00eda fallado a favor de los consumidores de Planes de Ahorro.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora, seg\u00fan Defensor\u00eda, \u201c las empresas empresas Toyota y Chevrolet podr\u00e1n aumentar el valor de sus cuotas, poniendo en peligro la situaci\u00f3n de los ahorristas.<\/p>\n<p>El defensor de los vecinos Agust\u00edn Payes, manifest\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n ante el rev\u00e9s judicial y sostuvo que \u201cla mayor\u00eda de los ahorristas que se acercaron a la Defensor\u00eda son personas trabajadoras que utilizan los veh\u00edculos como \u00fanico medio de transporte y otros como herramienta de trabajo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La C\u00e1mara modific\u00f3 la sentencia del Juzgado revocando la medida colectiva y de esta manera se sienta precedente en contra de los ahorristas y consumidores finales de planes de ahorro.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste fallo da por terminada la medida cautelar colectiva que se otorg\u00f3 en primera instancia.
