SANTO TOME. En la ma\u00f1ana de este jueves el Intendente Augusto Suaid junto al vice Intendente Carlos Farizano tomaron juramento al nuevo Secretario de Acci\u00f3n Social, Carlos Balmaceda. El acto de asunci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 en el Despacho municipal con presencia de otros miembros del actual gabinete. No se descarta que haya m\u00e1s \u201cincorporaciones\u201d al plantel pr\u00f3ximamente.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n 1210\/23 el Intendente Municipal de Santo Tom\u00e9 en uso de sus atribuciones y facultades resolvi\u00f3 designar a Carlos Alberto Balmaceda con el cargo de Secretario de Acci\u00f3n Social del Municipio de Santo Tom\u00e9. Refrend\u00f3 dicha Resoluci\u00f3n, el\u00a0 Secretario de Gobierno Municipal, Juan Pablo Arroniz.\u00a0 La funci\u00f3n de Balmaceda ser\u00e1 la de trabajar en la campa\u00f1a electoral que se avecina casi de manera exclusiva para la candidatura a concejal de Carlos Farizano Junior<\/strong>, que, de pretender encabezar la lista, pas\u00f3 a ocupar el tercer lugar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Balmaceda se encargar\u00e1 a partir de ahora de todo lo concerniente a acci\u00f3n y pol\u00edticas de inclusi\u00f3n social. En este sentido, el Intendente Suaid indic\u00f3 a los medios que \u201choy tomamos juramento a Carlos Balmaceda, luego de crear la Secretaria de Acci\u00f3n Social y lo pusimos en funci\u00f3n en ese cargo, viene trabajando desde hace un tiempo con nosotros. Estamos muy contentos de contar con Carlos, por sus experiencias, \u00e9l tiene m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os trabajando en acci\u00f3n social, empez\u00f3 en la gesti\u00f3n de Carlos Farizano\u201d. Luego de casi dos a\u00f1os de gesti\u00f3n, reci\u00e9n ahora Suaid habilita el \u00e1rea de Acci\u00f3n Social que estaba vacante.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan Suaid, destac\u00f3 que Balmaceda, tiene una gran trayectoria, con la sensibilidad adecuada y la experiencia necesaria para poder afrontar la situaci\u00f3n social actual. Cabe acotar que el nuevo funcionario trabaj\u00f3 siempre para los gobiernos comunales de Farizano y luego para V\u00edctor Giraud quien le hizo concejal por dos per\u00edodos consecutivos. Farizano pretende asegurar que su hijo logre ingresar al Concejo Deliberante y para ello apel\u00f3 a la contrataci\u00f3n de Carlos Balmaceda, que se supone que aparte de tener un sueldo como empleado municipal, tendr\u00e1 otro funcionario del Gabinete. Finalmente se espera que en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas haya nuevas incorporaciones al esquema oficialista que a la altura de las circunstancias tiene tres sectores internos de cara a las elecciones del 11 de junio.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
