CORRIENTES<\/strong>. El ministro del Superior Tribunal de Justicia de Corrientes, doctor Eduardo Panseri, se refiri\u00f3 ayer al proyecto de ley enviado por el Ejecutivo Provincial sobre la creaci\u00f3n de 30 nuevas fiscal\u00edas en Corrientes y la creaci\u00f3n de defensor\u00edas y asesor\u00edas. Esto se da luego que d\u00edas atr\u00e1s el sector ganadero de la provincia se manifestara p\u00fablicamente y pidiera al gobernador Vald\u00e9s que se ponga al frente de la lucha contra el abigeato.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cSi yo pongo en funcionamiento este proyecto de ley, podr\u00edamos estar comprometiendo cerca del 60 por ciento de los recursos del Poder Judicial porque nosotros por Constituci\u00f3n tenemos que presentar el presupuesto del Poder Judicial que a su vez tiene distintos \u00edtems, como ser el juri de enjuiciamiento, el Consejo de la Magistratura, el Ministerio P\u00fablico y el Poder Judicial\u201d, dijo el ministro Panseri en di\u00e1logo con \u201cDomingos de Mega\u201d sobre el proyecto de ley para la concreci\u00f3n de 30 nuevas fiscal\u00edas en Corrientes y la creaci\u00f3n de defensor\u00edas y asesor\u00edas anunciado por el gobernador Gustavo Vald\u00e9s a inicios de abril.<\/p>\n

\u201cTenemos un problema y hay que proponer soluciones cre\u00edbles y que no comprometan el ejercicio del Poder Judicial, la parte buena que yo veo a este proyecto de ley es que hace 15 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s no se han creado puestos de trabajo, nuevos funcionarios, esto significa que hemos crecido poblacionalmente en la provincia y esto hay que acompa\u00f1arlo\u201d, reclam\u00f3. Tras el contacto con los senadores \u201ctodos coincidimos que el crecimiento es el correcto, es lo que corresponde, ahora hay varias posibilidades, y la primera es instalar nuevos funcionarios con las estructuras viejas legales que tenemos en vigencia que datan de noviembre de 1971; otra es crear en forma planificada y paulatinamente d\u00f3nde ponemos en vigencia estas nuevas organizaciones\u201d.<\/p>\n
