En medio de trascendidos que circularon en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas en el ambiente deportivo de esta ciudad, especialmente del f\u00fatbol; este mi\u00e9rcoles por la tarde se confirm\u00f3 oficialmente que la Inspecci\u00f3n General de Justicia de la Provincia de Corrientes efectivamente dispuso la inmediata intervenci\u00f3n de la entidad Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Club Barcelona a ra\u00edz de una serie de irregularidades administrativas que fueron detectadas por el organismo provincial, entre ellas el no haber llamado a asamblea en tiempo y forma y hasta se menciona la no rendici\u00f3n ante el Tribunal de Cuentas de la Provincia de un subsidio que oportunamente se les otorgara. La flamante Comisi\u00f3n normalizadora est\u00e1 integrada por Jorge Sa\u00fal Lorenzo, Jos\u00e9 Orlando Machado y Antonia Mieres y fue en la capital provincial que tomaron posesi\u00f3n de los cargos. Hasta este mi\u00e9rcoles por la noche, integrantes de la anterior comisi\u00f3n directiva cuyos mandatos caducaron luego de la intervenci\u00f3n dispuesta, se mostraron reacios a recibir la notificaci\u00f3n que los deja afuera de la instituci\u00f3n de los barrios del Sur.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El malestar de un grupo de jugadores, ex jugadores y simpatizantes del <strong>Club Barcelona<\/strong> por que la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Directiva<\/strong> que presid\u00eda hasta este mi\u00e9rcoles la abogada<strong> Natalia Romero<\/strong>, no brindaba el m\u00ednimo apoyo a la actividad del f\u00fatbol, en especial a la Primera Divisi\u00f3n; termin\u00f3 por generar un corto circuito y un profundo malestar entre las partes, precisamente cuando las anteriores autoridades de la instituci\u00f3n se habr\u00edan negado sistem\u00e1ticamente a abonar el seguro obligatorio para el plantel de la Primera Divisi\u00f3n en los partidos de la <strong>Liga Santotome\u00f1a de F\u00fatbol, lo que oblig\u00f3 que los jugadores y simpatizantes se vieran obligados a realizar actividades como ser bingos y bonos colaboraci\u00f3n para afrontar el pago del seguro obligatorio que les permitiese jugar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A ello, algunos jugadores considerados del \u201cBarca\u201d de la primera hora y tambi\u00e9n simpatizantes; se\u00f1alaron que nunca se les dej\u00f3 participar de las asambleas que realizaba la por entonces comisi\u00f3n que en los papeles era presidida por <strong>Natalia Romero<\/strong>, pero que en verdad el que comandaba todos los manejos y desmanejos era el <strong>\u201cFlaco\u201d<\/strong>, a quien no le gusta la actividad futbolera y fue uno de los que en su momento<strong> impuls\u00f3 la modificaci\u00f3n del estatuto social del Club y este se pasase a llamar Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Club Barcelona.<\/strong> A decir de algunas fuentes, esto permiti\u00f3 un manejo discrecional de la entidad que fuera fundada un 29 de diciembre del a\u00f1o 1982, apenas se inaugurara el Barrio San Mart\u00edn.<strong> Pero esto no es todo, otra de las causales de la intervenci\u00f3n dispuesta, fue que no se rindi\u00f3 un subsidio que rondar\u00eda los dos millones de pesos ante el Tribunal de Cuentas de la Provincia y el no haber llamado a asamblea para renovar autoridades en tiempo y forma.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img
