Ante los recientes anuncios que diera a conocer el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda de la Naci\u00f3n con relaci\u00f3n al pago de una suma fija para empleados, la Confederaci\u00f3n Argentina de la Mediana Empresa (CAME) recuerda que el mecanismo de ajuste salarial del sector privado son las paritarias y no una imposici\u00f3n del Estado sobre las relaciones laborales por fuera de su alcance.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, CAME sostiene que cada sector de la econom\u00eda y cada empresa en particular atraviesan diferentes situaciones que jam\u00e1s pueden homologarse al punto de establecer unilateralmente aumentos generales, aun asumiendo el Ejecutivo nacional el 50% del incremento dispuesto.<\/p>\n<p>En particular, los sectores de Comercio y de Trabajadores Rurales acaban de celebrar sus paritarias, lo que implica que el otorgamiento del bono en cuesti\u00f3n quedar\u00e1 absolutamente desfasado de la reapertura de las negociaciones, en el marco de un proceso inflacionario acelerado. Las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas llevan varios meses perdiendo en su resultado econ\u00f3mico y esta imposici\u00f3n agudizar\u00e1 esa p\u00e9rdida.<\/p>\n<p>La injerencia del Estado en la actividad privada no s\u00f3lo complejiza la relaci\u00f3n natural de empleadores y empleados, sino que pone en riesgo la endeble situaci\u00f3n de miles de pymes que atraviesan un escenario de extrema fragilidad, con costos que aumentan permanentemente, con imposibilidad de importar insumos b\u00e1sicos y con una recesi\u00f3n que amenaza el consumo de manera creciente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CAPITAL FEDERAL.
