Durante un operativo de inspecci\u00f3n laboral realizado en el departamento de Ituzaing\u00f3, se detect\u00f3 claros indicios de trata laboral en un establecimiento dedicado a la forestaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">La inspecci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 con la presencia del Delegado Regi\u00f3n NEA del Comit\u00e9 contra la Trata de Personas dependiente de Jefatura de Gabinete de la Naci\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Serb\u00edn;\u00a0 junto al delegado provincial de UATRE, Roberto Cafferata; inspectores de organismos nacionales de control y fiscalizaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Durante el operativo de rastrillaje se detect\u00f3 en el establecimiento Don Francisco (en el Paraje Vedoya, departamento de Ituzaingo) unos 40 trabajadores viviendo a la intemperie en carpas negras de pl\u00e1stico, sin ba\u00f1os, sin cocina, sin servicios b\u00e1sicos y en p\u00e9simas condiciones de habitabilidad.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Adem\u00e1s, se comprob\u00f3 que los trabajadores fueron trasladados desde la provincia de Misiones hasta el establecimiento forestal para realizar tareas de plantaci\u00f3n y raleo en forestaci\u00f3n por la misma empresa.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">El delegado del Comit\u00e9 contra la Trata detall\u00f3 que \u00abse detectaron claros indicios de explotaci\u00f3n laboral, debido a que viven en condiciones inhumanas, sin servicios b\u00e1sicos, como energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica o agua potable; est\u00e1n fuera de la escala salarial y con jornadas extensas sin d\u00edas de descanso\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Los trabajadores tambi\u00e9n realizaban sus tareas sin las debidas condiciones de seguridad e higiene, sin ropa de trabajo ni elementos de protecci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Los trabajadores expresaron que el empleador les descontaba los alimentos y el valor de las herramientas.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Asimismo, en otros establecimientos que funcionan bajo la modalidad de cooperativa, se comprob\u00f3 nuevamente un posible fraude laboral. Los trabajadores declararon que son monotributistas y reciben sus haberes a trav\u00e9s de pagos con tarjetas, pero nunca participaron de una reuni\u00f3n de asamblea y desconocen a los responsables de la \u00abCooperativa Crear Mi Casa\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Los organismos inspectores han realizado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os sendos operativos con allanamientos y los trabajadores relevados v\u00edctimas de explotaci\u00f3n accedieron a prestaciones y restituci\u00f3n de derechos por parte del estado nacional.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"yj6qo\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"adL\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"hi\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ajx\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"gA gt acV\">\n<div class=\"gB xu\">\n<div class=\"ip iq\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los trabajadores vivian a la intemperie en carpas de pl\u00e1stico, sin ba\u00f1os, sin agua potable.
