Integrantes de la <strong>Secci\u00f3n N\u00facleo<\/strong>\u00a0dependientes del\u00a0<strong>Escuadr\u00f3n 7 Paso de los Libres \u201cCabo Misael Pereyra\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>realizaban un operativo de prevenci\u00f3n vial en la intersecci\u00f3n de la Rutas Nacionales N\u00b014 y N\u00b0122 cuando detuvieron la marcha de tres camiones con itinerario las localidades de Charata (Chaco) \u2013 El Soberbio (Misiones). <em>Los gendarmes cotejaron que la carga de tres camiones no contaba con la carta porte electr\u00f3nica correspondiente para su traslado.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Asimismo, posteriormente inspeccionaron una camionera sospechada de ser del \u201cpuntero\u201d de los camiones con soja y hallaron una pistola con pistolera de sujeci\u00f3n debajo del volante.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al momento de realizar la inspecci\u00f3n de la carga,\u00a0<strong>los funcionarios<\/strong>\u00a0detectaron que se trataba de\u00a0<strong>30.000 kilos de soja en cada acoplado<\/strong>\u00a0(un total aproximado de 90.000 kilos) carentes de documentaci\u00f3n para su legal transporte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En tanto, momentos m\u00e1s tarde, los\u00a0<strong>uniformados<\/strong>\u00a0controlaron a una camioneta Volkswagen Amarok conducida por un ciudadano mayor de edad quien ser\u00eda el presunto \u201cpuntero\u201d de los granos trasladados en el operativo anterior. Para evacuar la sospecha, se realiz\u00f3 una requisa minuciosa que culmin\u00f3 en el hallazgo de\u00a0<strong>una pistola Pietro Beretta cal 9mm con pistolera de sujeci\u00f3n debajo del volante y un equipo de comunicaci\u00f3n radial (VHF) utilizado para comunicarse con los transportistas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intervino el Juzgado Federal de Paso de los Libres que orient\u00f3 el secuestro de los camiones, la camioneta, la oleaginosa, la pistola y dem\u00e1s elementos de inter\u00e9s para la causa. Los involucrados quedaron supeditados a la causa en infracci\u00f3n a las leyes N\u00b011.683 de \u201cProcedimiento Tributario\u201d y N\u00b022.415 del \u201cC\u00f3digo Aduanero\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PASO DE LOS LIBRES.
