El Gobierno Nacional formaliz\u00f3 la eliminaci\u00f3n de las retenciones para las econom\u00edas regionales, que incluye algunas categor\u00edas de arroz, forestaci\u00f3n y c\u00edtricos con alg\u00fan grado de industrializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, se hizo efectiva la medida prometida por el ministro de Econom\u00eda, Sergio Massa, hace un par de semanas.<\/p>\n<p>Esto se llev\u00f3 adelante mediante el Decreto 462\/2023, publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, que fij\u00f3 a un 0% la al\u00edcuota de Derechos de Exportaci\u00f3n para los productos, en su mayor\u00eda de origen agroindustrial e insumos b\u00e1sicos industriales.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los considerandos del documento, se destaca que el objetivo de esta disposici\u00f3n es \u00abpromover las ventas a mercados externos, mejorar el nivel de ingresos de los productores y elaboradores, as\u00ed como de su red de interacci\u00f3n, fortalecer el arraigo y permanencia de la poblaci\u00f3n rural en cada regi\u00f3n de nuestro pa\u00eds, adem\u00e1s de propender a mejorar la calidad de los productos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n busca incentivar el agregado de valor nacional y las exportaciones \u201cde las cadenas productivas con mayor presencia territorial y potencial de creaci\u00f3n del empleo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, se contin\u00faa con un proceso de reducci\u00f3n de los grav\u00e1menes, que comenz\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2020. \u201cSi bien durante los a\u00f1os 2020 y 2021 la al\u00edcuota se ha reducido, e incluso se fij\u00f3 en un 0% para distintas mercader\u00edas, a\u00fan quedan pendientes algunas modificaciones, ya que siguen existiendo productos de las econom\u00edas regionales y otros, con agregado de valor respecto a sus procesos de elaboraci\u00f3n, que contin\u00faan pagando este derecho\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los productos beneficiados por la eliminaci\u00f3n de las retenciones se encuentran c\u00e1scaras de c\u00edtricos, jugos y esencias c\u00edtricas, s\u00e1balo, jugo de uva, vinos, arroz sin c\u00e1scara parbolizado o procesado, arroz descarrillado, extracto de roble y de quebracho, papa, man\u00ed sin c\u00e1scara y aceite de man\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, en el decreto se aclara que se mantendr\u00e1n derechos de exportaci\u00f3n del 3% para el arroz con c\u00e1scara parbolizado y el arroz con c\u00e1scara com\u00fan, un 2% para el arroz partido; y 4% y 3% para el man\u00ed con c\u00e1scara y el pellet de man\u00ed, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Del mismo modo, el tabaco sin procesar pagar\u00e1 5%, mientras que la le\u00f1a abonar\u00e1 4% y distintas maderas en bruto un 3%.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CAPITAL FEDERAL.
