Publicado en la edici\u00f3n de este viernes (6) del Diario Oficial de la Uni\u00f3n (DOU) y firmado por el Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva, el Decreto 11.728\/2023 oficializ\u00f3 la pr\u00f3rroga de la concesi\u00f3n del Puente Internacional S\u00e3o Borja-Santo <a class=\"external-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/decreto-n-11.728-de-5-de-outubro-de-2023-514637355\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-tippreview-enabled=\"false\" data-tippreview-image=\"\" data-tippreview-title=\"\">Tom\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0, en la frontera entre\u00a0<span class=\"highlightedSearchTerm\">Brasil<\/span>\u00a0y Argentina, por otros 365 d\u00edas.\u00a0El acuerdo tambi\u00e9n prev\u00e9 la posibilidad de ampliar el plazo por un per\u00edodo igual. La empresa Mercov\u00eda SA permanece como administradora del proyecto por otros 12 meses.\u00a0Ministerio de Transporte prepara nuevo modelo de gesti\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>Con el decreto presidencial, la concesionaria argentina Mercov\u00eda SA seguir\u00e1 siendo responsable del tramo que, en 2022, represent\u00f3 el 40% del comercio bilateral realizado por carretera entre\u00a0<span class=\"highlightedSearchTerm\">Brasil<\/span>\u00a0y Argentina.\u00a0Conexi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, el proyecto de 1,4 kil\u00f3metros de longitud sobre el r\u00edo Uruguay todav\u00eda se utiliza para transportar carga a pa\u00edses como Chile y Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMientras trabajamos en un nuevo anuncio de licitaci\u00f3n, garantizamos la pr\u00f3rroga del contrato, el mantenimiento de los servicios y tambi\u00e9n la\u00a0<a class=\"external-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/transportes\/pt-br\/assuntos\/noticias\/2023\/06\/veiculos-de-passeio-e-motocicletas-terao-isencao-de-pedagio-na-ponte-internacional-sao-borja-sao-tome\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\" data-tippreview-enabled=\"false\" data-tippreview-image=\"\" data-tippreview-title=\"\">exenci\u00f3n de peajes para veh\u00edculos de pasajeros, residentes locales y motocicletas<\/a>\u00a0.\u00a0Bajo la direcci\u00f3n del Presidente Lula, unimos las \u00e1reas t\u00e9cnicas y llegamos a una buena soluci\u00f3n para todos\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el ministro de Transportes, Renan Filho.<\/p>\n<p><b>Contrato<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La ampliaci\u00f3n del plazo es la cuarta modificaci\u00f3n del contrato de concesi\u00f3n internacional firmado entre Mercov\u00eda SA y ambos pa\u00edses y que ya estaba definido desde julio. El contrato de concesi\u00f3n del puente se firm\u00f3 en agosto de 1996 y preve\u00eda la exploraci\u00f3n de la ruta durante 25 a\u00f1os.\u00a0Sin los aditivos, la empresa habr\u00eda devuelto la secci\u00f3n en 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el decreto publicado este viernes y firmado por el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva, los derechos y obligaciones establecidos en el contrato inicial siguen vigentes.\u00a0La ampliaci\u00f3n del plazo permite a\u00a0<span class=\"highlightedSearchTerm\">Brasil<\/span>\u00a0y Argentina trabajar en el futuro modelo de gesti\u00f3n del almac\u00e9n comercial y una transici\u00f3n segura entre el modelo actual y el siguiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BRASILIA.
