Se trata de cinco personas, productores agropecuarios, que colocaron bombas para extraer agua del R\u00edo Corrientes sin autorizaci\u00f3n a fin de regar una arrocera.<\/p>\n<p>La juez de Garant\u00edas sustituta de Mercedes, doctora Mar\u00eda Eugenia Ballar\u00e1 estableci\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n del juicio a prueba porque los imputados llegaron a un acuerdo con el Instituto Correntino del Agua y el Ambiente (ICAA).<\/p>\n<p>En la audiencia de suspensi\u00f3n del juicio a prueba los imputados ofrecieron la reparaci\u00f3n de los gastos que el ICAA erogo en las inspecciones al establecimiento Rural \u201cLa Julia\u201d, lugar donde funcionaba una arrocera, la cual no contaba con la autorizaci\u00f3n para extraer agua del \u201dRio Corriente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo los imputados deber\u00e1n realizar tareas comunitarias por el termino de 1 a\u00f1o en la Reserva Natural del Ibera, Portal Sur, Secci\u00f3n Capita Mini. Tambi\u00e9n en la Audiencia los imputados reconocieron la existencia de una sanci\u00f3n administrativa por parte del ICAA, la cual se comprometieron a cancelarla, para poder obtener autorizaci\u00f3n para realizar las labores de siembra para el periodo 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Momarandu.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CORRIENTES.
