CORRRIENTES. Por medio de notas giradas a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, el Sindicato de Trabajadores Judiciales (SITRAJ) y el Colegio de Magistrados y Funcionarios del Poder Judicial expusieron sus reparos al presupuesto previsto para el a\u00f1o 2024 para la justicia, presupuesto que fue aprobado esta semana.<\/p>\n

Para el a\u00f1o 2024, el Presupuesto para la justicia correntina es de $68.067.636.422, seg\u00fan lo girado por el Ejecutivo y sancionado por la Legislatura.<\/p>\n

Pero los fondos requeridos por el Superior Tribunal de Justicia para el 2024 hab\u00edan sido de $92.631.953.599.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed se gener\u00f3 una diferencia por la cual la justicia tendr\u00e1 el 73,4% de lo calculado.<\/p>\n

Para el Superior Tribunal de Justicia, esos fondos son \u00abinsuficientes para cumplir con las metas y objetivos trazados\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n el gremio SITRAJ impuso reparos, mediante una nota que se envi\u00f3 a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados e ingres\u00f3 en la sesi\u00f3n de esta semana.<\/p>\n

All\u00ed, el gremio pidi\u00f3 que se respete el proyecto de Presupuesto del Poder Judicial tal cual las previsiones elevadas oportunamente por el STJ.<\/p>\n

Cuestion\u00f3 la actitud del Poder Ejecutivo que pretende, una vez m\u00e1s, y como hace a\u00f1os, aplicar un \u00abdr\u00e1stico recorte\u00bb sobre los recursos destinados a la justicia, y lo cual impacta directamente en la partida personal.<\/p>\n

\u00abEse c\u00edrculo vicioso trae como consecuencia inmediata que este gremio advierta sobre la gravedad de no asignar los fondos que corresponde a este poder del estado\u00bb indicaron.<\/p>\n

Recordaron que la Constituci\u00f3n en su art\u00edculo 192 establece que el poder judicial tiene autarqu\u00eda financiera y participa de los recursos generales del presupuesto provincial en el porcentaje que determine la ley y el porcentaje previsto por la Ley 4.420 es del 6,27% como m\u00ednimo a fin de evitar que los otros poderes lo reduzcan avasallando la independencia del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n

Indican que la aprobaci\u00f3n del Presupuesto 2024 en los t\u00e9rminos de recorte remitido por el Poder Ejecutivo afecta seriamente el anteproyecto presentado por el Poder Judicial, e implica un recorte de $24.091.817.178.<\/p>\n

Consideran que se repite la historia de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, con un recorte que implica que el Poder Judicial indefectiblemente vea comprometida su independencia, su autonom\u00eda y el derecho de garantizar la divisi\u00f3n de poderes del sistema republicano.<\/p>\n

MAGISTRADOS Y FUNCIONARIOS<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n desde el Colegio de Magistrados y Funcionarios del Poder Judicial pidieron a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados una reuni\u00f3n con los legisladores en general o bien con los que integran la Comisi\u00f3n de Presupuesto.<\/p>\n

El objetivo era hacer llegar inquietudes en lo que refiere al presupuesto a asignar al Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n

\u00abNuestra instituci\u00f2n tiene por misi\u00f3n fundamental de la defensa de la independencia judicial, postulado constitucional en el cual la autarqu\u00eda del Poder Judicial es un pilar que la sostiene y que los tres poderes del Estado deben mantener, dignificando el sistema respublicano sustentando en la divisi\u00f3n tripartita de poderes\u00bb concluy\u00f3 la entidad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
