El viernes 29 de diciembre del 2023 entr\u00f3 en vigencia el Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia (DNU) del Gobierno de Milei. Uno de sus art\u00edculos modifica por completo las facultades que hasta entonces ten\u00eda el Instituto Nacional de la Yerba Mate en Argentina y, a partir de ahora, ya no podr\u00e1 exigir precios m\u00ednimos para la materia prima, limitar plantaciones o decomisar mercader\u00eda sin estampilla.<\/p>\n<p>Desde ahora, el Instituto s\u00f3lo puede dedicarse a tareas de promoci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento del sector yerbatero en el pa\u00eds. Despu\u00e9s de 20 a\u00f1os regulando la actividad en el pa\u00eds, significa un cambio rotundo en toda la cadena yerbatera y no solo para quienes integran el INYM.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-family: var(--global-body-font-family); font-size: 17px; font-weight: normal;\">Horas despu\u00e9s de que Milei anunci\u00f3 esta medida, el Gobierno de Misiones confirm\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n del IMYM, un Instituto Misionero de la Yerba Mate, con el fin de volver a regular la actividad garantizando el crecimiento sostenido con ganancia y precio justo para toda la cadena productiva y protegiendo a los peque\u00f1os productores.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>\u201cSobre la base de la Ley de la yerba mate, voy a impulsar la creaci\u00f3n del Instituto Misionero de la Yerba Mate (<a href=\"https:\/\/misionesonline.net\/2023\/12\/21\/carlos-rovira-instituto-misionero-de-la-yerba-mate\/\"><strong>IMYM<\/strong><\/a>), para defender la econom\u00eda y rentabilidad de nuestros peque\u00f1os y medianos productores yerbateros, de nuestras cooperativas y nuestros de secaderos\u201d, anunci\u00f3 en principio el conductor de la Renovaci\u00f3n,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/misionesonline.net\/2023\/12\/21\/carlos-rovira-instituto-misionero-de-la-yerba-mate\/\"><strong>Carlos Rovira<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0y luego los ratific\u00f3 el mismo Gobernador de Misiones, Hugo Passalacqua.<\/p>\n<p>Pero esta no fue la \u00fanica medida que tom\u00f3 el Gobierno de Misiones sobre la eliminaci\u00f3n de las facultades del INYM. En los \u00faltimos d\u00edas, Misiones present\u00f3 un recurso de amparo para retrotraer lo dispuesto por el Gobierno de Milei en este DNU.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSiguiendo mis instrucciones, la Fiscal\u00eda de Estado present\u00f3 ante el Juzgado Federal de Posadas una medida cautelar en defensa de las funciones hist\u00f3ricas del INYM, que se vieron cercenadas por el DNU dado a conocer d\u00edas atr\u00e1s\u201d, expres\u00f3 el Gobernador de Misiones,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/misionesonline.net\/2023\/12\/29\/misiones-presento-un-recurso-de-amparo-contra-el-dnu-y-en-defensa-del-inym\/\"><strong>Hugo Passalacqua<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s de su cuenta de X.<\/p>\n<p>Y advirti\u00f3 que estas modificaciones \u201cdejan indefensos a los peque\u00f1os y medianos productores, que se ver\u00edan muy perjudicados sin un organismo de esa naturaleza\u201d, indic\u00f3 Passalacqua.<\/p>\n<p>Este recurso ya fue presentado a la Justicia, pero mientas no haya novedades al respecto, las medidas dentro del DNU seguir\u00e1n vigentes.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: Misiones On Line<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POSADAS (Mnes).
