El Consejo de la Magistratura de la Provincia de Corrientes llev\u00f3 a cabo el mi\u00e9rcoles 14 de Febrero la entrevista para cubrir el cargo de Juez Civil, Comercial y Laboral de la ciudad de Santo Tom\u00e9, siendo 3 los postulantes entrevistados.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El Cuerpo estuvo integrado por los doctores Mar\u00eda Beatriz Ben\u00edtez de Rios Brisco, representante de los Magistrados e Integrantes del Ministerio P\u00fablico; Horacio Ortega en representaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda de Estado de la Provincia de Corrientes; M\u00f3nica Andrea Anis como representantes de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales y Ramiro Gonzalo Oharriz por parte del Colegio de Abogados de la 5\u00aa Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La presidencia del cuerpo estuvo a cargo del doctor Luis Eduardo Rey V\u00e1zquez en su car\u00e1cter de Presidente del Consejo de la Magistratura y la Secretar\u00eda a cargo de los doctores Gustavo Ganduglia y Dario S. Navarro.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Entrevistados y terna<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">En esta oportunidad los entrevistados fueron los doctores: Mariela Elizabeth Glynianiuk, Juan Adolfo Arg\u00fcello y Carolina Noha Duran, form\u00e1ndose la terna respectiva de la siguiente manera: primero qued\u00f3 la doctora Mariela Elizabeth Glynianiuk, segundo: Juan Adolfo Arg\u00fcello y tercera: Carolina Noha Duran,<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">De acuerdo a la Terna formada, la misma se elevar\u00e1 oportunamente al Poder Ejecutivo de la Provincia de Corrientes una vez que quede firme dicha conformaci\u00f3n cumpliendo debidamente con la funci\u00f3n encomendada respecto del procedimiento constitucional de la selecci\u00f3n de Magistrados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CORRIENTES.
