GOYA y SANTALUCIA. Los rodados eran contrabandeados desde el Paraguay, a trav\u00e9s de Misiones y depositados en las localidades correntinas. Se estar\u00edan comercializando a diferentes puntos del pa\u00eds. Se secuestr\u00f3 mercader\u00eda ilegal valuada en m\u00e1s de $ 94 millones de pesos._<\/div>\n

Luego de meses de investigaci\u00f3n la Gendarmer\u00eda nacional logr\u00f3 desbaratar una banda que se dedicaba al contrabando de neum\u00e1ticos desde el Paraguay que ten\u00eda base en las ciudades de Goya y dep\u00f3sitos en Santa Luc\u00eda, con ramificaciones en la capital de Misiones , Posadas. Por el momento hay 4 personas detenidas que tienen v\u00ednculos familiares.<\/div>\n

Como parte del operativo se realizaron de manera simult\u00e1nea 9 allanamientos por contrabando, en los que se secuestraron neum\u00e1ticos de diferentes rodados de autom\u00f3viles, camiones y motocicletas; llantas de diferentes tipos y aleaciones; autom\u00f3viles; motocicletas y dinero en efectivo; con una valuaci\u00f3n de $ 94.221.410 pesos<\/div>\n

Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 GN las requisas sobre cada uno de los inmuebles permitieron el secuestro de 103 neum\u00e1ticos de distintos rodados y medidas, 5 autom\u00f3viles, 6 motocicletas, 21 tel\u00e9fonos celulares, una m\u00e1quina para contar billetes, $ 1.558.950 en moneda nacional, $ 200 d\u00f3lares estadounidenses, 6 llantas, mercader\u00edas varias del rubro tienda y bazar, as\u00ed como distintos elementos de prueba y documentaci\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s para la causa. Asimismo, se procedi\u00f3 con la detenci\u00f3n preventiva de 4 personas mayores de edad que se encontraban en los domicilios.<\/div>\n

El procedimiento ordenado por la jueza federal de Goya, Cristina Pozzer Penzo, fue llevado adelante por GN. Se realizaron dos fueron realizados en la ciudad de Goya, cinco en Santa Luc\u00eda y dos en Posadas, Misiones.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Seg\u00fan los investigadores el modus operandi era hacer el paso a trav\u00e9s del r\u00edo Paran\u00e1, en cercan\u00eda de Posadas, trasladarlas hacia Santa Luc\u00eda en donde los elementos eran guardados en 5 dep\u00f3sitos Desde all\u00ed era\u00a0 comercializados a diferentes puntos de la provincia y del pa\u00eds.<\/div>\n

Las funciones que cada uno de los implicados ten\u00edan asignadas se encontraban bien definidas: desde la adquisici\u00f3n de mercader\u00eda de origen extranjero, su ingreso en forma irregular al pa\u00eds, acopio, traslado y la posterior venta. (NC&A)<\/div>\n
