BUENOS AIRES.\u00a0 La Agencia Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (AFIP)<\/a>\u00a0descubri\u00f3 a tres monotributistas con maquinarias agr\u00edcolas valuadas en m\u00e1s de $250 millones sin declarar<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, estos bienes no hab\u00edan sido declarados en las presentaciones de Bienes Personales. <\/p>\n<\/article>\n
Los propietarios eran monotributistas inscriptos en las categor\u00edas m\u00e1s bajas: A y E. El nivel m\u00e1ximo de facturaci\u00f3n no concuerda con el precio pagado por los bienes encontrados.<\/article>\n

Los valores de las tres m\u00e1quinas ascienden a<\/span>\u00a0$110 millones, $78 millones y $65 millones,<\/strong>\u00a0respetivamente (dos cosechadoras y un pulverizador).<\/span><\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
El organismo inici\u00f3 acciones para determinar la verdadera capacidad contributiva de dichos contribuyentes e inducir a la adhesi\u00f3n a los reg\u00edmenes de regularizaci\u00f3n del Nuevo Pacto Fiscal.<\/article>\n

Nuevo blanqueo<\/h2>\n

El Nuevo Pacto Fiscal permite\u00a0saldar deudas con una condonaci\u00f3n de hasta el 100% seg\u00fan el caso y regularizar activos con una tasa del 0% para valores de hasta u$s100 mil.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n adherir sin costo en el caso de declarar fondos por encima de ese valor, si se destinan a bonos, acciones o proyectos inmobiliarios, entre otras opciones autorizadas. A su vez, los cambios en el monotributo dispuestos por la reforma fiscal modifican los topes de facturaci\u00f3n, escalas y cuotas.<\/p>\n

Los montos anuales aumentaron, ahora la facturaci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima es de $68 millones. Adem\u00e1s, quienes hayan renunciado al monotributo – entre el 1\u00ba de enero y el 31 de julio de 2024-, pero contin\u00faen con su actividad, podr\u00e1n regresar. El objetivo es que m\u00e1s personas puedan adherirse al R\u00e9gimen Simplificado para Peque\u00f1os Contribuyentes.<\/p>\n
