SANTO TOME. Personal perteneciente a la PUESTO DE CONTROL FIJO \u201cCUAY GRANDE\u201d<\/strong>, dependiente del ESCUADR\u00d3N 57 \u201cSANTO TOM\u00c9\u201d, <\/strong>quienes se encontraban desarrollando Actividades de Control sobre la Ruta Nacional N\u00ba 14 detuvieron la marcha de un transporte de cargas generales que se desplazaba con sentido de circulaci\u00f3n Norte-Sur. Se trataban de cigarrillos, perfumes y elementos del rubro electr\u00f3nica.<\/em><\/p>\n

El control f\u00edsico y documentol\u00f3gico del rodado permiti\u00f3 identificar gran cantidad de bultos acondicionados como encomiendas, los cuales se encontraban en el compartimiento de carga y, por sus caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas, corresponder\u00edan a mercader\u00eda ingresada en forma irregular al territorio nacional.<\/p>\n

Informado de los hechos, y con la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente por parte del Juzgado Federal y la fiscal\u00eda Federal de Paso de los Libres, se procedi\u00f3 con la requisa de 35 bultos, dentro de los cuales se encontraron 8.810 paquetes de cigarrillos, 140 m\u00f3dulos para tel\u00e9fonos celulares, 790 dispositivos convertidores para TV y 414 perfumes.<\/p>\n

Informados de los resultados, el Magistrado interviniente dispuso el secuestro de la mercader\u00eda en infracci\u00f3n a la Ley de \u201cC\u00f3digo Aduanero\u201d, con un aforo estimado de $ 93.597.744,83, quedando a disposici\u00f3n de Agencia de Recaudaci\u00f3n y Control Aduanero (ARCA).<\/p>\n
